Enjoy an easier way to access details of your investments on line

Our online system offers you a quick and easy way for you to access details of your investment holdings. The system  is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week enabling you to view investment details at a time that is convenient for you.

With the online service you can

  • Check the valuation of your holdings and print details of transactions.
  • Reset your password.
  • Review and change your contact details.
  • Send us a secure message with any questions you may have.  Please note that  investment instructions are not accepted through this secure message service.

A quick reference guide is available providing you with useful information on accessing investment details together with tips for troubleshooting.

 Login to the System

If you

  • have previously used the online system but have not yet reset your password  or
  • have not used our online system before

please follow the Setting Up Access instructions below.

I already use online servicesI would like to use the service

The first time you use the new system, you need to change your password.

  1. Login using your existing username and password.
  2. Change your password when prompted and set up your personal security.
  3. If this process does not work, please register as a new user. Click the Register New User button or contact your local Client Services Team for assistance.
  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click on the Register New User button.
  3. Enter your personal details and email address.
  4. A confirmation of your request will be displayed.
  5. A temporary password will be sent to you by mail.
  6. On receipt of your password, go to the login page and click on First Time User.
  7. Read and accept the terms and conditions
  8. Set a new password. You will receive confirmation of this new password by email.
  9. Create your user name and set your security details.
  10. You can now use the system.
